Pros

The food is good, and the snacks are the best amongst all.

Cons

There is an extremely poor work-life balance with a consistently high workload and pressure. Management often creates unrealistic expectations without adequate support. Career-related communication, including hike discussions and conversions, lacks transparency, leaving employees uncertain about their future. Employees frequently feel insecure about job stability due to sudden workforce changes and limited communication. The work environment can become stressful, with employee well-being often taking a back seat to delivery timelines.

Advice to Management

Build trust by communicating honestly and following through on commitments. Stop creating unrealistic expectations around career growth and PPOs. AI is a productivity tool—not a replacement for investing in and respecting skilled engineers. Long-term success comes from retaining and valuing talented people, not treating them as easily replaceable.
