Applied through university. The process took 2 weeks.

There were 2 phone screens and 3 onsite interviews (half an hour each), including one with the manager.

The people were fairly nice, and the process was overall smooth. The HR process was a bit clunky, and I had to follow up multiple times to get a decision.

Make sure you are very honest throughout the interviews and don't write things on your resume that you can't explain.

Explaining experience on the resume, hardest problems you've faced, some basic technical problems in Ruby, etc.
