Process

Video interview with recruiting manager and consultant.

Passed successfully and got a second interview.

Second interview with another manager with lots of questions about stuff not on my C.V.

Competence-based interview talking about your experience in industry.

From the outset, I asked the recruiter – who is an employee of Red Hat – whether I would be informed at each stage of success or failure and not left "hanging out to dry". Guess what? After two interviews and hours of preparation, I was dropped, or at least I think I was. It's hard to say, as nobody had the courtesy to email me or phone me. A simple courtesy, one that I asked for from the outset.

Be warned.

I read the other reviews on Glassdoor that describe similar behavior, but didn't believe Red Hat (a large organization) would behave like that.
