It began with an assignment, which usually takes a couple of days to complete, followed by a three-round online interview. I aced all of the rounds, and the feedback I received for the assignment was really good.
A week later, I had a face-to-face with the local manager and a recruiter from RedHat at their office in Bangalore, which went pretty well.
At the end of the discussion, the recruiter mentioned that she would come up with an offer, but she never did.
Neither the manager nor the recruiter would even respond to my emails when I tried to follow up repeatedly a week later. The least that they could have done is to inform me that they are not going to move forward with my candidacy, which is a norm that every other organization follows.
Who could've thought that RedHat had so many liars in their ranks!!
