The process was a bit slow. The original phone call with the hiring manager was in mid-April, and the final round interview was mid-June. Other than that, it was a really good interview experience.
It was done entirely via video chats and phone calls. I interviewed with four people (two at a time) who would end up becoming my teammates. The interview questions were pretty standard and a bit less technical difficulty than I would have expected. I think the most important thing was that there was a strong connection and it was clear that I would fit well on the team.
The oddest part about it was the offer process. I got an email from the recruiter at 12:40 AM asking to connect on the phone for an "exciting update." I would never have expected to be informed of an offer via email, but I’m not complaining!
