Red Hat ghosted me before my final interview. I had an initial interview that covered the basics: resume, describe a project, and light behavioral questions. About a week later, I received an email asking for my availability for a final interview. I responded within a couple of hours, but they never responded back to me. I followed up a couple of times.
I was excited to work there and would still attend a final interview if they responded today. But it's weird, unprofessional behavior from their end.
Describe a project to me.
