Software Engineer
The technical interview consists of two hours with two engineers from the team. The first hour has been around developing a website to shorten the weblinks. The second was about general questions.
OPENSHIFT ENGINEER
Nice and easy. I had one technical phone screen and one behavioral interview with a panel of interviewers (3 males and one female). The panel was not diverse, though; all white folks. Friendly atmosphere.
