Red Hat as a company is good.
No cons at the moment.
A simple 45-minute interview. One technical question about Virtual Machines and Containers. The rest of the questions were about the project for the position and what you are interested in working on.
It was a very nice interview. The interviewer asked me about several questions on OOPs, DBMS, and other topics. It was a very nice experience for me to get experience of my first interview, and I learned a lot.
I remember I got at least one phone screen and three or four onsite interviews. All of the technical interviews were about OS details since I applied for a Linux kernel job.
