Flexible work location and hours. Modern, clean office in Brno, with good furniture and IT equipment. Managers don't typically pressure employees. If you're lucky, you'd have great team members and a manager.

The process was a call with HR, a call with the manager that was not technical and was more about your experience and objective, and a technical interview. Overall, it was a nice process, but it takes a really long time.
CV application phase, online survey where they asked personal and professional questions phase, 1 and a half hours interview in the office phase. I didn't pass the office interview, so I don't know if there are any more phases.
Process: * Initial recruiter phone screen ~30 minutes. * Hiring manager and senior engineer interview ~60 minutes. * Final technical interview with take-home assignment ~90 minutes. Overall the process was good; however, no result was given u
