The interview process at RedHat was literally outstanding. RedHat's interview crew from all the rounds were very professional in what they do. The process took about a month, but it could have been shorter because I had to postpone a couple of times

Initially, there is a telephonic round where they ask about yourself and your availability for the next round. The next round is technical and managerial. My technical round lasted for 2 hrs.

Lots of questions on operating systems, testing strategies, and situational questions. First, you have an interview with the HR person, then you talk to the manager, and finally, you have a technical interview with the team members.
