I completed the initial coding round for Reddit.

I have done many interviews, and I can confidently say this was the best performance I've had in any interview.

It was a modeling-type question. I finished so quickly that we ended up also doing a full systems design question afterward.

I waited for my recruiter to get back to me. After following up, she said I did very well, but the spot was filled. She said she is going to look for other roles within the company for me to complete the onsite.

I have followed up five times via email and messaged her on LinkedIn, and she has completely ghosted me.

Completely unprofessional. Avoid at all costs!
