Software Engineer Interview Experience - United States

Process

A current employee reached out to me and set up a one-hour technical screen. I was invited to a five-hour onsite, which included two algorithm questions, a system design question, and some time to talk with a manager.

I had a lot of difficulty communicating with one of the reviewers, which was quite frustrating. The turnaround for results was slow.

It was an okay experience because one of the interview questions was great, but the rest of the process was just okay or bad.
