Process
The process included a standard technical phone screen followed by several 45-minute interviews and discussions split over two days.
As the NYC engineering team is new, many of the technical interviews were conducted remotely.
The interviews ranged from standard data structure and algorithm questions to system design and open-ended discussions with product managers, sales team members, and senior engineering managers.
Overall, I found the process to be organized, professional, and friendly. It was much more pleasant than my experience interviewing at Google and Facebook in NYC.
