Staff Engineer Interview Experience - United States

Process

This was seriously a great experience.

The process involved a phone screen, followed by a virtual onsite the next week.

The onsite consisted of:

  • One coding round
  • Three domain knowledge rounds
  • A closing interview with the hiring manager

Every round featured good interviewers who asked relevant questions.

I ended up taking another opportunity, but the interview, team, and compensation/benefits were all great.

I wouldn't hesitate to seriously consider Reddit again next time I'm looking for a new role.
