Staff Software Engineer Interview Experience - United States

October 21, 2022
Neutral ExperienceNo Response

Process

A pretty standard algorithm-heavy interview.

It focused on algorithms, data structures, and similar topics, mirroring questions found at many FAANG-type companies.

The questions involved recursion, arrays, and dynamic programming.

While not particularly useful for day-to-day work, they felt like unnecessarily academic questions.

It's not a process I'm a fan of, but it's very typical nonetheless.

Questions

recursion, dynamic programming, algorithms and data structures.
