The interview consisted of an introductory phone call, followed by a take-home assessment that they expect you to work on as if you were their full-time employee. The requirements given were very sparse, which required back-and-forth communication with the company to clarify any assumptions you may have.
However, completing the listed requirements wasn't enough, as I was then ghosted by the employer without a chance to explain any design patterns or receive feedback on what I could have improved.
