Primarily a technical interview, with very few behavioral questions. Know your engineering fundamentals (i.e., structures, fluids, thermodynamics) well before coming in. I was interviewed for two rounds: the first with a second-level engineer, and a second with both them and a team lead. Both interviewers were easy to talk to and very accommodating with asking questions and offering advice.
I was asked to analyze a simple hardware system and to evaluate its performance with regards to drain rate, heat exchange/equilibrium, and structural loads.
