Cons: Company culture is losing emphasis on the human element and work-life balance, especially in Manufacturing. Normal schedule has ballooned to 50-70 hours per week with regular weekend work that is requested and scheduled with at most two days notice. Constant factory construction creates hazardous conditions with slow support from EHS and Infrastructure to address noise, dust, and aluminum particulate. Ex-SpaceX Management pushing schedules in ways that strains relations between teams and orgs. Virtually non-existent 401k match. Eric Schmidt's takeover reset everyone's equity vesting, which was basically a bankruptcy and buyout without the formalities of such. Equity is now tied to job level and only increases after hiring with promotions. Massive gaps in middle management leave lower levels without proper support. Pros: Relativity is a company filled with as much opportunity as you want to shape a modern launch vehicle, kind people that care about you as a person and your development, and a great talent pool to collaborate with.

Cons: As is the case with startups, you definitely have to wear hats that aren't technically yours to wear as we build out new systems and products.
