Active focus on DEI at test and launch sites, particularly in hiring. This is in work, but it would be appreciated if it felt like a priority and the company made an active effort to attract candidates from underrepresented groups.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. There were several rounds that were super technical and involved a lot of whiteboarding about a project I worked on and also new problems. They tested knowledge about everything. I thought all the question
I was given a choice between answering a question about fluids or thermodynamics. I chose thermodynamics. I wasn't prepared, but the interviewer was kind enough to keep asking questions and guide me along in answering the question.
You start off by getting a screener, and from my personal experience, it took about 2 weeks until I got my technical interview scheduled. I think they are not the best at getting back to you. You almost have to chase them a bit to get your stuff done
