The interview process was very thorough and realistic.

After submitting the application online, the process entailed:

• Behavioral / get-to-know-you interview with someone on the recruiting team
• 1-hour technical phone screen, where we used Replit to work through a multi-part technical challenge, talking about the problem as we went
• Virtual on-site interview - with an hour-long kick-off video call in the morning to scope a 1-day real-world-like project, working individually on the project most of the day while asking questions and sharing updates on Slack, and presenting what you made at the end of the day over a video call
• Video call with the founders as a last step and culture fit check

They asked a lot of questions to assess culture fit. The Replit blog has many good resources you can read ahead of time to determine for yourself if you think you'd be a good culture fit at the company or not.
