Call with a recruiter to determine fit, followed by a technical screen and a few technical coding questions that built off of each other. The coding questions were difficult enough to evaluate some problem-solving ability, but were more practical than 'LeetCode' type questions. There was much more emphasis on getting a correct result than on making a solution that ran within some particular complexity bounds.
