I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks.

The interview process was very organized and well-structured. There was a 1-hour online coding screen followed by 1 day of onsite interviews. It's obvious that Retool put a lot of time and effort into their process.

All of the coding challenges were real world problems. There were no leetcode type questions. They were also tiered.

Each coding interview started out easy with follow up questions getting progressively harder.
