The recruiter was late for the interview and didn't apologize. They seemed unprepared for the interview, as they almost cut it short at the beginning because they couldn't remember what position I was applying for.
Next, there was a coding challenge.
After that, I had a technical interview with a specialist.
At the end of the interview, they promised to get back to me within two days. However, I never received any results or feedback.
For a company of this size, I think this is unacceptable. Even an automated response would have been better, but I didn't get that either.
