Frontend Engineer Interview Experience - Thailand

Process

It took one week. The process began with an initial call with HR, followed by a coding challenge. After a couple of days, I received negative feedback from a developer who claimed my app didn't work. This felt like a lazy move, as the developer didn't even take the time to properly review the app. All requirements were met, but it seems the hiring developers lacked the patience for a thorough look.

After that, I sent a video demonstrating that the app functioned as intended and addressed all remarks regarding the requirements. However, that was not enough. I have over eight years of experience in development and hiring, and I have never had a bad experience with any company.
