I just took the screen call and it was a nice experience overall. The interviewer was very professional with good English skills. The interview was nothing technical, just HR questions.

Pros: • The work you do is pretty fun.
• You get to see your work pretty often among real users (friends).
• There are many teams and many options for you to work on.
• The app is nice and has a great UX, and the standards for this are pretty high.
• You have the chance to take decisions and make an impact.
Cons: • Pretty poor work-life balance.
• It depends on what team you get to work with, but usually there is a lot of work to do with harsh deadlines, and you often have to work more than 8 hours.
• Sometimes things move slowly, and you often have to ping a lot of other teams in order to get what you need, which can become frustrating.
• Pretty hard to advance unless you really work extra.
