We're all focused on delivering wow and making sure our customers are happy all over the world. The work-life balance is good; nobody asks you how much you've worked or how many breaks you took. The most important thing is to deliver on time with great quality. Estimations are not absurd. Revolut is a place where you can grow a lot as an individual and engineer, as people are very open to sharing their knowledge.

Cons: It starts to feel more like a corporation, with processes and so on, but the documentation is kept up-to-date and in good shape, so it's easy to find everything.

Pros: Experienced team aiming to maintain high quality and deliver fast. Large amount of UI tests. Ability to change projects if one wants new challenges.

Cons: The career path isn’t very clear. Contribution outside main responsibilities is obscure. For example, there is no single space to pick something peculiar.
