Process
I applied at Revolut in January 2025.
I have seen a few negative reviews regarding the process. I am sure they either came from frustrated people, or the company has dramatically improved the process in the meantime – maybe both.
My interview process went smoothly, with people being respectful at each stage.
However, they are very analytical at each interview stage. They do it fairly and respectfully; if you make a mistake but then correct it, you will not get penalized. However, every mistake you make will get noted.
I failed at the last interview stage, the Team Fit call, and in the end received proper feedback.

Pros: • The work you do is pretty fun.
• You get to see your work pretty often among real users (friends).
• There are many teams and many options for you to work on.
• The app is nice and has a great UX, and the standards for this are pretty high.
• You have the chance to take decisions and make an impact.
Cons: • Pretty poor work-life balance.
• It depends on what team you get to work with, but usually there is a lot of work to do with harsh deadlines, and you often have to work more than 8 hours.
• Sometimes things move slowly, and you often have to ping a lot of other teams in order to get what you need, which can become frustrating.
• Pretty hard to advance unless you really work extra.

Pros: The company has a high hiring bar, and the people here are exceptionally skilled.
Teams are responsible for their products from start to finish, giving employees a real sense of impact and accountability.

Cons: Things move quickly, and priorities can shift rapidly. This can be exciting but also challenging for those who prefer a more structured and predictable workflow.
