Overall, my interview process was very short. I was called in for an interview with HR, told about the company, and there were not many questions about me or my abilities. I was then asked to complete a home task, which was an absolute unfair disaster.
The time I had to complete it was too short. It was mandatory for me to know a lot of things about internal Revolut processes, which cost me extra time because I had to search while completing the task. This resulted in me not being able to finish it completely and, as a consequence, not being called in for the rest of the recruitment process, which is unbelievably long.
Overall, it was not a great experience. Also, the home task did not reflect in any way or sense any of the tasks a QA has to work on. It seemed focused on customer service.
The only thing I was asked was: “What have you created in your role that was innovative?”
