Quality Analyst Interview Experience - Vilnius, Lithuania

Process

I was contacted via LinkedIn. After the second inquiry, I decided to take a chance.

The first interview was via video call and rather positive. There were some questions not directly related to the position, but I think they helped to understand my background and ability to work in a customer-oriented business.

Then I received a link with a test. It contained questions from the AML field and some related work cases requiring narrative filling.

After that, in two weeks, I got an invitation to a second interview with the team lead. However, the process that followed looked very unprofessional and unattractive.

My interview was rescheduled multiple times. I was asked to reschedule my vacation, and they also canceled an interview the day before it.

The last rescheduled interview was delayed by two weeks. As usual, four days before it was scheduled, they canceled again. This time, they stated the position was filled.

Additionally, the email mentioned another position. It was described as "Quality" with an additional foreign language requirement, which was fully misleading regarding the role I applied for.

The main question is, at what step do requirements for a role change, or is a candidate simply redirected to another role with special requirements, even without reading or asking about their skills?

I am very disappointed in the hiring process.
