The first round was a HackerRank online coding assessment with three tasks. You had 85 minutes to solve them, which was more than enough.
The first two tasks were not so difficult. The third one was a high-medium LeetCode-level task.
Next, there was a round with HR, who asked about my background, etc. HR may ask some small technical questions.
If you passed, you would be invited to the first technical interview. In my case, I had to code online a small React app. Nothing special, but the time was limited. The interviewer was polite and attentive.
The HR representative in charge followed through the whole process and answered all my questions.
It looked like an ideal hiring process I had ever experienced. But... once you get rejected, the company will not be interested in you anymore.
I received a standard templated rejection message. I asked for feedback because I was really interested in where I made a mistake, but received no answer. That was sad.
