Pros: Truly a dream team, a clear and straightforward interview process, a good benefits package, an amazing onboarding experience, convenient internal tools, comprehensive documentation, and a clear career path.
Cons: A huge part of compensation is performance-based, and performance metrics look subjective. High work pace and talent expectations might not be for everyone.

Pros: The job conditions (salary, holidays, remote work, benefits, etc.) are very competitive when compared with similar jobs in my country (Spain).
The engineering team is amazing; you can learn new things almost every day. Working on an app used by everyone is also very rewarding!
Cons: The project is huge, which can be overwhelming during the first months.
