I am writing to share my feedback on the interview process for the Senior Software Engineer position. While I have always admired Revolut’s products, I found the interview process to be quite disheartening.

I successfully passed all the stages, including the “Team Fit” interview. However, despite receiving positive feedback at each stage, I did not receive any response after the final interview. I reached out to the recruiter multiple times but was met with silence. This lack of communication was both unexpected and frustrating. This is something I cannot understand, especially since Revolut has many open positions.

The interview process itself was manageable with adequate preparation, though it did cover some less familiar topics. However, the overall experience was marred by the poor follow-up and communication.

In summary, while Revolut’s products are impressive, the interview process needs significant improvement. I would advise fellow software engineers to consider this aspect carefully before applying, as it can lead to a considerable waste of time.
