Pros: Truly a dream team, a clear and straightforward interview process, a good benefits package, an amazing onboarding experience, convenient internal tools, comprehensive documentation, and a clear career path.
Cons: A huge part of compensation is performance-based, and performance metrics look subjective. High work pace and talent expectations might not be for everyone.
