• Pretty poor work-life balance. • It depends on what team you get to work with, but usually there is a lot of work to do with harsh deadlines, and you often have to work more than 8 hours. • Sometimes things move slowly, and you often have to ping a lot of other teams in order to get what you need, which can become frustrating. • Pretty hard to advance unless you really work extra.
