Pros
  • Unmatched work-from-home policy
  • Decent starting salary
  • Extra days off
Cons

Convoluted schemes of management at every turn: constantly changing promotion policies, which lengthen the path for promotion in seniority.

Movement between positions in the company is harder as awful new practices are being implemented. Tickets must be submitted through various portals, then it must go through HR, then a bunch of other useless information must be filled in. It is easier to apply from outside Revolut.

Positions seem to be attained due to relationships rather than merit.

Almost no time for interesting projects as KPIs are always changing and targets are increased.

Vertical power disposition at its finest. Very little is taken regarding processes from people actually working with them. People are expected to be only working on routine tasks without being involved in anything else.

Almost no communication between management and employees. Within the last 6 months, there were 2-3 calls.

Bonuses are paid only if you stay with the company for months after the performance review commenced, essentially hoping not to pay employees if they decide to leave even months after the evaluation period ended.

No accountability and transparency from the management.

Values are being pushed through various promotions, performance reviews, training material, yet in practice almost none of those principles are upheld.
