Expect to work 10+ hours per day, weekends, holidays, and late nights, always under pressure and with no additional pay. There is no work-life balance and no respect for you as a person.
Quarterly performance reviews are not to reward hard work, but to always have a reason to not receive bonuses, promotions, or to fire at will.
There is no actual yearly bonus. You are given a small value of options spread over 3 years with no way to cash out. Before exercising options, you have to pass an unknown process of review, and if you work afterwards at another bank, you forfeit all your options.
