I applied online. The process took 6 months.
Loved the people and loved what they were doing and how they were doing it. I really wanted to be a part of it. But they are either not honest or afraid to reject candidates or have some serious improvement they need to make to their talent acquisition team. I went through the full process that ends with the near full day multiple group interviews and then they said, "We are sorry we've hired too many people at once and have no more room to onboard, can you wait a few months?" So I waited, I really wanted to be a part of what they were doing. I got back in touch and they said they were ready and had me do a new interview with someone else they hired in those few months. No problem. After following up, they said so and so "Isn't going to be hiring any engineering leadership for a while, can we stay in touch?" Seriously. This is 6 months into the process now. Clearly time to move on. To be clear, everyone I worked with was wonderful including the talent acquisition folks. I just don't get what game they are playing.
