I applied online. The process took 5 days.
I would like to start by saying the people at Ridgeline are very kind and seem like genuinely nice people. However, after applying, I quickly received an email asking when I was available for a phone interview.
After setting up a time, I was left waiting on a call only to have the recruiter cancel and reschedule for the next day. No problem, it happens. BUT the next day I sat waiting for another call and was again not called.
I finally received the call on the third day, just to be told there were only 2 spots left for the position and they had multiple offers out.
