I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks.

Interview process was ~5 rounds, culminating with an on-site. Process went smoothly, featuring:

• In-person tech screen where you had to explain a simple function
• Interpersonal and leadership screens with team members and peers
• Other department leads

I was told I would be receiving an offer, and then after two weeks of following up with their HR department they said they would no longer be going forward. Very disappointing and confusing process.
