This was a very long and thorough process, which works in my favor because of my non-traditional background. It took about 6 weeks and a dozen conversations/interviews (half were during the virtual onsite) with twelve wonderful people to get from first conversation to accepted offer. I really appreciate the opportunity to interact with and ask questions of so many employees. By the end, each side was able to confirm strong interest in working together.
