No job security. In Q1, you are forced to enter "death note" goals for the year. In Q2 and Q3, there is a check-in, with only "on track" or "need improvement" options. Your manager can enter notes however they want, and you can be impacted at any time. Q4 is the annual review, where a manager can write anything and put you on "not meet."
