One of the best AAA game dev companies around. Lots of autonomy, great production staff. Perks are great. Campus is great. VERY rarely had to crunch. PTO is respected.
Lots of meetings, but to be expected at AAA. Lots of tribal knowledge required, which means you need to get good at just DMing people to get answers. Not a lot of room to grow past a Senior Engineer.
