I have been working with Rippling for almost 4 years now.
I have loved the exponential growth the company has had. The pay is on par with industry standards, plus stocks have very good potential. The valuation since I joined has grown more than 10x.
Company is very engineering focused and you get to work on interesting problems. The team is smart and passionate as well.
One of the company's mottos is being frugal. You don't get cool perks like other Bay Area giants.
Not a con necessarily, but management believes in an in-office culture, so you're expected to be in the office 3/5 days.
