Good pay is the only thing I think of.
Monolithic repo with no standard engineering practices. All 500+ engineers work on the same monolith, and the company just cares about new features. There are multiple incidents every day, and the number will only grow with the bad engineering practices at play. The middle management throws software engineers under the bus when there are any incidents. Overall, a bad place if you value your mental peace or if you want to grow as an engineer.

I was asked two questions. They were the same questions with two variations. Initially, I had to search for a target string in a list of strings. In a follow-up, I was required to determine whether the search string is present as a substring in the l
The process includes a coding test followed by an interview. The questions in the test were LeetCode medium to hard. The interview process had questions about OOP and two LeetCode hard questions.
The interview process was structured with two comprehensive rounds focusing on Competitive Programming-style Data Structures and Algorithms. These assessments delved into intricate problem-solving scenarios, providing a robust evaluation of technica
