Worst Culture: Treats Employees as Slaves
They have absolutely no pros, so no need for this column. Rather, I’d fill this with truth. They have no respect for any employee, baseless working ethics, and no understanding of work-life balance. They think they pay, so they have bought the human. They are just a dumb bunch of fools managing the business since God knows when. The senior management is full of third-class, experienced, so-called leaders who have zero strategy knowledge.
