Too many ad hocs. No growth and learning. Ad hoc work. Changing priorities. No planned projects, just work on random things as they come in. At the end, justify what significant project you have delivered. Zero work-life balance, and they expect you to work 24/7 and be available anytime. No opportunity to learn anything.
