Process

I've heard different things about the experience with Rivian.

I got to the second screening and then I just never heard back from them. That is a little disappointing; I would have expected to hear from them at least to let me know that I'm no longer being considered for the role.

The set of interviews were in general good. I think I did a great job on the first one. It seems like on the second one the interviewer was not that interested or really that knowledgeable.

Both interviews were more like conversations where they really made me feel comfortable. The second one was more technical but nothing really challenging.

My great disappointment is that I never got to hear from them. That doesn't speak that well about a company like this.
