Construction Engineering Structural Interview Experience

Process

I was contacted by a recruiter and had a phone screen with a member of the team. This was followed by a 2.5-hour series of interviews with three people, conducted back to back.

The interview itself was not bad. Personally, I don't believe I was a good fit for the team, so I am not surprised I didn't get the job. However, I have had no contact from the recruiter or anyone from Rivian since the day of my interview. I spoke with the recruiter directly after the interview, and she said she would let me know either way, but I never heard back.

I understand this is a growing company with aggressive market deadlines, but it is very unprofessional to leave candidates hanging like this. It is very telling of the direction this company is moving in.
