Controls Test and Integration Engineer Interview Experience

Process

It was a two-step interview process, excluding the first HR screening call. The two technical interviews are pretty much in line with your background and relevant to the work you have done.

The first interview (technical screen) tests your genuineness and the command you have over the work you have done in the past, relevant to the role.

The second interview (virtual onsite) is an extensive collection of three sessions:

  • Technical domain of your job
  • First principle thinking
  • Cultural fit

The questions are not out of context and reasonably close to your previous answers.

Overall, the process is precise, crisp, and efficiently designed. However, the hiring team is very picky, despite a great experience in the complete interview process.
