Process

HR called me and scheduled the interview. She was really great.

Then she scheduled my interview with the Team Lead, who was probably inexperienced at conducting interviews. He asked me about my background and posed a few basic questions on RTOS, which I was able to answer.

Next, I received a coding question that I was asked to implement in C. The question was pretty basic, and I was able to implement it quickly, though I encountered some errors initially.

During the interview, I felt there was bias, and based on his interest, he had already made his mind to reject me when he began. He didn't try to understand my specialization or skillset.

I would strongly recommend reading more reviews about their interviews and learning how to deal with these situations. Otherwise, this could prove to be a waste of your valuable time and effort. Keep applying to other companies as well and don't rely solely on them, as their values don't seem to be great.

At the end, I received a rejection four days after the interview.
